Mustard Software Ltd uses essential storage for security and optional measurement only with your permission. Optional technologies are not required to use IntroMailer or send an enquiry.

Essential authentication and security

The IntroMailer.Auth cookie supports secure sign-in. Sign-ins are not set to remember you across browser sessions; the authentication ticket has an eight-hour lifetime with sliding renewal while used. Security validation may end a session sooner. ASP.NET antiforgery cookies help protect form submissions. They do not serve advertising purposes. Browsers control their own session restoration behaviour.

Your consent choice

We store your optional-cookie choice in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days, then ask again. Essential security functions continue whether you accept or reject optional cookies. If storage is unavailable or a saved choice is invalid, optional measurement stays off.

Optional analytics

If configured and you agree, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to the public homepage and policy pages, and verified successful contact enquiries. Cookies can have names beginning _ga. Private application pages, query strings, fragments, enquiry text and account identifiers are not sent as measurement parameters.

Optional advertising measurement

If configured and you agree, Google Ads measures verified successful contact enquiries. Cookies may have names beginning _gcl_. We do not enable personalised advertising, Google signals or enhanced conversions. No conversions are fired for button clicks, future trial registrations or purchases that do not yet exist.

Google controls the cookies it creates and their lifetimes; consult Google's cookie information. Google tags are not loaded before the relevant consent. Consent Mode v2 communicates the choices; this implementation uses basic consent mode rather than pre-consent Google pings.

Successful enquiry references

After a verified successful enquiry and the appropriate measurement consent, a random reference may be stored locally for up to one day to prevent duplicate conversions. It contains no enquiry content, email address, customer ID or password.

Change or withdraw consent

Choose Accept All, Reject Optional or separate choices in Cookie Settings. Reopen settings at any time using the footer button. Withdrawing a choice removes accessible Google measurement cookies and reloads a document that loaded Google, stopping further measurement. It cannot remove information already sent to Google. Other open tabs update when the browser reports the storage change.

Browser controls can also remove stored preferences or block cookies. Cookie consent here does not provide marketing permission or authorise tracking links in emails sent by customers. See the Privacy Policy for those separate uses.
